During cold start, the oil radiator absorbs heat from the cooling water to help the oil quickly heat up. When the oil temperature rises, the radiator uses the cooling water to help reduce the oil temperature, prevent it from getting too high, and thus avoid oil oxidation and deterioration. During engine operation, oil forms an oil film on the surfaces of various components, reducing friction and heat generation. Oil radiators are particularly important for high-power or reinforced engines because these engines have a high heat load, and the oil temperature decreases with increasing temperature, weakening lubrication ability. Therefore, oil radiators are needed to ensure the appropriate temperature of the oil and maintain good lubrication effect.
